    Extra : The Knight Greyder and The Female Commander Part 6

 

　By sticking beside me this whole day to understand what is it that he lacking、he want to improve himself。

　Such a great dedication from Greyder、even though it’s only for a while but I’m still his superior after all so I can’t help but support him。

　According to the General’s advice to him、because it’s something that he needs to feel not something that he understand with his head、it can’t be helped that I want to make some strange plan、but in the end I decided to take him out to the town。

 

　There are many shop as well as people in the castle town、so it was quite busy too today。As I was walking and looking around at the shop that lined up in this wide main street、I realized that somehow I gradually being separated from Greyder。

 

「Oops、sorry。Didn’t mean to」

 

　Distracted by the shop、I forgot about Greyder、so I stopped and hurried back to him as I said my apologies to him。

 

　I’m always being careful when I working、but at the time when I didn’t feel any danger to myself sometimes I became careless。Moreover、walking around the town with someone like this、was something that I never experienced other than when I was patrolling。

　It was done so casually it makes me late in noticed it。

　But before I realized it Greyder’s left arm embraced my shoulder、protecting me from the crowd、and guided me to the eaves of the shop that I pointed out。

 

　I took a look at the tablecloths placed at the shopfront、and showed it to Greyder。

 

「This one this one、I wanted something like this。It’s gorgeous、and I thought it’ll be good because dirt wouldn’t be too noticeable」

 

「As presumptuous as it is、but I am thinking that it is good if you wash the tablecloth once in a while」

 

「I do thinking like that also、but since it’s inconvenient without it I can’t bring myself to take it off、then I just forget about it、and by the time I notice it again the stain just won’t came off」

 

　I’m embarrassed to say it but it’s true that I’m lacking some female’s motivation、but I can’t help it because I’m already exhausted with work、un。

 

「If so、how about you buy two piece now、so it can be washed in turns？　See here、it is almost the same price if you buy a set of two for this pattern in different color」

 

「Oya、you’re right。I see、a set of two。Your head sure working fast」

 

　The tablecloth that he presented was also quite tasteful。This makes me want him as my bride more and more。

　After I said it、Greyder was thinking for a while before he grabbed my right hand。

　Greyder dragged me rather forcefully and the place where I was taken、is a dress shop。

　By the way、Lytton is Greyder’s family name。

　Finally being released、I wore leather short boots which are more delicate and higher than the one that I always wear、unsteadily I tried to get close to him so I can scold him for being a merciless subordinate、but as soon as he saw me he stood up from the chair and approached me、he took my waist with both hands and said。

 

「As I thought Commander is the spirit of the rose」

　My red hair got arranged、and decorated with little white flower。What wrapping my body、is a simple dark-green dress which longer than my knees、with no decoration at all、only the neckline part that got cut open with watermark pattern。And then、unlike the fashionable ones、the skirt part was made fluffy with frills and laces、there’s no semitransparent cloth such as organdy on it。The only accent is the beads that got embroidered、and it only shines occasionally。

 

　But、the me who wore this peculiar dress、it didn’t seems like a laundry that got caught on the tree like usual、instead I looks like a neat noble daughter。Unless my eyes are strange、I looks、I looks quite pretty。

 

「Commander、it looks good on you」

 

In the mirror、the sight of Greyder who’s holding my shoulder with both of his hands from behind me was reflected。

 

「My second older sister、is as tall as Commander。For that reason、her dress was specially made by order、and it is only from this shop、so I thought that it would looks good on you also……But to think that is it to this extent……」

 

　Being whispered by such a low voice right into my ears from behind、my back feels chilly、I turned around。

 

「I、I see now！　Surprisingly you are an interesting man who knows a lot of various things」

　Escorted by Greyder、I opened my mouth in a hurry。

 

「Wait！　I need to take off this dress……」

 

「I thought that I like to give you this as a present。As a sign that we became acquainted」

「I took your day off。This is my gratitude for it」

　Even though I wore high-heeled shoes、I only reached his shoulder which mean that Greyder still one head taller than me、being tall sure is the heredity of Lytton family、I thought vaguely。
