　From the next day、Greyder learned more about the leadership with me。

　Gradually I tried to let him do the actual work、but after all he’s a man with good intuition so there was no problem with his work、because of his too stiff personality I’m afraid that he’ll have a communication problem with the others、but it seems that my fear was unnecessary。
